What is The Amicus Society?

The Amicus Society is a special group of our friends who have made planned gifts like those described in these pages to Advocate Health Care’s many hospitals and programs. We rely on Amicus members’ support to continue providing exceptional health care to Chicagoland.

You may already qualify for membership!

If you have already made a bequest or other planned gift to benefit one of Advocate’s hospitals or programs, please fill out the Amicus Society Membership Form by clicking here.

What will I receive as a member?

As an Amicus member, you are a V.I.P.! New members receive an elegant paperweight. Also, members receive updates on the latest happenings at Advocate, an invitation to our annual Amicus luncheon, and with your permission, a listing on the Foundation’s honor roll of donors. Of course, you can always choose to join and remain anonymous.
